Manager/Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts

Ampin Energy Transition is seeking to hire regional finance controller for Mumbai office. How you will contribute You will be responsible for review of day-to-day accounting Vendor management cycle and ensuring smooth vendor payments Monthly GST and TDS payments & compliances Intercompany & Vendor billings and reconciliations Support for CAPEX/OPEX, Land, Leases, and Rental payment Handling of local admin expenses Handling banking relationships Processing of Bank Payments, Bank Guarantees, LCs Ensure the compliance/documentation requirement for all laws like Income Tax Act, GST Month end closing and preparation of MIS Monthly Management Report (MIS) including Cash Flow and periodic analysis of financial performance Preparation of statutory books of accounts, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account Preparing schedules for Statutory /Internal Audit Month end & audit adjustment entries Collaboration and Coordination with cross functional departments to close the open finance/accounts items Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements .

Ideal skills for this role includes: Should be a qualified CA or MBA in Finance 4-8 years of experience Excellent communication and collaboration skill Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadline Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
