Job Description
Senior Architect What you will do: As a Senior Architect at Credera, you will design, estimate, and execute technology implementation projects for our clients. You will recommend suitable technological approaches, team structures, and skill sets to capture and synthesize client requirements. You will mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and ensuring high performance.
You will support practice and company development through leading research and development initiatives, peer training, and creating reusable software development accelerators. You will ensure the quality and efficiency of technology implementation projects by applying Credera's best practices and industry standards. On some projects, you will lead the design and build of advanced AI workflows, ML‐powered decision engines, and custom chatbots, tackling data challenges to drive business value.
Who you are: You are an experienced, hands‐on software architect with at least 8 years in the industry or technology consulting. You spend at least 40% of your time actively developing code. You keep up to date on the latest application development technologies and trends across all software disciplines.
You deeply understand multiple technology stacks across UX, middle tier, and database platforms. You are well‐versed in different software development methodologies and understand the benefits and challenges of each. You have experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Scala, .NET, Rust, React, Angular, NodeJS, Python, Ruby.
You have experience with one or more of the following cloud platforms and container technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, serverless such as AWS Lambda. You have experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, infrastructure‐as‐code tools like Terraform, cloud‐native APIs, testing automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and data automation tools like Liquibase. You incorporate AI tooling efficiencies and code assistance tooling into everyday workflows.
You excel at mentoring, leading, and developing others. You currently lead teams that develop complex, high‐volume, mission‐critical enterprise solutions built from the ground up, deployed in highly available environments. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and can engage customers at a business level in addition to a technical level.
You handle complex organizational dynamics to deliver satisfactory solutions to clients. You drive business development and are comfortable developing business cases that grow customer relationships and satisfaction. You'll leverage AI to enhance day‐to‐day development and contribute to cutting‐edge solutions. AI‐Assisted Engineering: Access AI‐powered tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor to boost productivity and code quality. We adopt tools that fit the project, such as Amazon Q or GitLab Duo.
Accelerated Design & Strategy: Use our proprietary multi‐LLM platform, OmniAI, to accelerate solution design, architecture, and estimation in a secure environment. Opportunity for Advanced AI Projects: Work on projects building sophisticated agentic AI workflows with CrewAI, deploying ML‐powered decision engines, or developing production‐grade chatbots. Continuous Learning: Supported by our dedicated "AI Tiger Team," you'll have resources to learn and explore emerging tools.
