Residential and Commercial Tree Care District Manager Company: The Davey Tree Expert Company Locations: Las Vegas, NV Additional Locations: none Work Site: On Site Req ID: 223938 Position Overview Responsible for the growth and profitability of the district operations while providing and promoting the leadership, vision, support, direction, and enforcement of company policies for all operations within the district and market served by performing the following duties. Compensation Data: 120,000 base salary plus commission and bonus schedule Job Duties What You'll Do: Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees. Provide customers with estimates based on their needs. Develop and update annual plant health care programs. Create and build relationships with new and existing clients. Set up, supervise, and train crew members, sales team, and office staff. As District Manager you give direction to the team.
