We're looking for an experienced operator ready to take the next step in their career. What You'll Do Lead daily Restaurant, Bar, and Hospitality operations Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team Create memorable guest experiences and build a culture of hospitality Drive sales, profitability, labor management, and operational excellence Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and execution Partner with ownership and department leaders on events, memberships, and community initiatives Lead by example on and off the floor and be present where the action is What We're Looking For 3+ years of restaurant management experience (minimum AGM level) Strong leadership presence and team-building skills Experience managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance Passion for hospitality and guest experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Nights, weekends, and holiday availability An interest in Motorcycles / Culture but not a deal breaker What We Offer Competitive salary & performance-based bonus opportunities Health benefits Dining and Retail discounts Growth opportunities within a unique and expanding hospitality brand across other disciplines.

We're looking for someone who is committed to being present when leadership matters most during peak service periods, evenings, weekends, special events, and holidays. Bike Shed operates as a dynamic, all-day destination, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, coffee, and private events across six days each week Tues - Sun.

Success in this role requires a hands on leader who thrives in a high energy environment, enjoys being on the floor, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences throughout every part of the day. You'll be comfortable leading busy services, supporting your team during peak trading periods, engaging with members and guests, and setting the tone for the entire operation through visibility, accountability, and leadership by example. This is not a Monday-to-Friday office role.
