Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Booker / Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, introducing them to NxtJob services, and booking consultation calls with our career experts.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to start a career in sales, business development, or customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Reach out to potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, or social platforms Introduce NxtJob services and offerings to prospective clients Book consultation appointments for the sales/consulting team Maintain and update lead information in CRM or tracking sheets Follow up with leads to increase booking conversion Understand customer needs and explain how NxtJob can help in their job search Meet daily/weekly call and booking targets Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth lead handling Eligibility Criteria Freshers are welcome Any Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, Marketing preferred but not mandatory) Good communication skills in English or Hindi Comfortable speaking with people on phone Basic knowledge of sales or customer interaction is a plus Required Skills Technical Skills: Basic sales understanding Lead generation and qualification CRM or Google Sheets tracking Soft Skills: Strong communication skills Persuasion and negotiation ability Confidence and positive attitude Time management and discipline What You Will Learn Fundamentals of sales and lead generation Customer communication and persuasion CRM and sales tracking systems Exposure to career consulting industry
