Team members collaborate across disciplines to deliver impactful, results-oriented work. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms to build brand presence and engagement for a variety of clients.
Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing content for each platform, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns based on insights. The role involves coordinating with creative, copy, and account teams to ensure brand consistency, as well as actively engaging with online communities through timely responses and interactions. The Social Media Manager will also stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative ideas and formats.
Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand pages and campaigns. Excellent Communication and Writing abilities to craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned posts, captions, and responses. Proficiency in Content Strategy, including planning content calendars, aligning with campaign goals, and tailoring content to target audiences.
Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance, derive insights, and present findings to stakeholders. Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and their best practices for content formats and engagement. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional creative and account teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior agency experience and exposure to advertising or digital marketing are preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
