THE ROLE As the Senior Manager / Manager, Omni Product, you will lead the team to: Define and evolve how RFID data is leveraged across Retail, Product, and Distribution operations Evaluate and pilot new inventory tracking technologies to enhance accuracy and visibility Support the rollout and adoption of RFID across stores and the broader business Translate RFID and inventory insights into actionable strategies that drive profitable decisions Improve inventory accuracy, availability, and real‑time visibility across all channels Establish and evolve frameworks, processes, and tools that support omni‑channel performance Drive continuous improvement in inventory operations and data integrity Influence and align teams around a unified omni strategy and roadmap THE QUALIFICATIONS Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in leading and evolving day‑to‑day operations in support of broader business objectives Experience implementing or scaling inventory technologies (e.g., RFID, tracking systems, or similar) Strong track record of improving inventory accuracy, visibility, and availability in a retail or supply chain environment Demonstrated success partnering cross‑functionally to deliver complex, scalable initiatives Experience building frameworks and processes that support effective decision‑making and operational excellence Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business value A commitment to continuous improvement and driving long‑term growth THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market‑leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
