Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Title : Technical / Infra Project Manager Department : IT - Platform & Infrastructure Location: Pune, India (required to travel to Baddi every 2 weeks) Contract Term : 12 months Work Type: Hybrid We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise platform projects across Hyderabad, India. You will collaborate with global/regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project outcomes, while driving process optimization and compliance with enterprise standards . Key Responsibiliti esLead cross-regional technical projects (cloud migration, platform onboarding, infrastructure optimization) from initiation to closure, adapting Agile/Waterfall methodologies to project need s.Manage stakeholder expectations across business and IT teams, resolve escalations, and present weekly/monthly project status reports to senior leadershi p.Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and cost optimization initiative s.Ensure project adherence to enterprise security standards and support post-implementation knowledge transfer for smooth operation s.Contribute to platform improvement by defining onboarding procedures, conducting UAT, and gathering feedback for feature enhancement s.

Required Qualifications & Experie nceBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; equivalent experience accept ed.3-5 years of hands-on technical project management experience, with 3+ years leading cross-regional/global projec ts.3-5 years of expertise in enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Azure, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence) or infrastructure projec ts.Ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholde rs.Strong risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skil ls.
