Hiring for Account -Banking Receivables & payable (CA Cleared mandatory) (Require Engineering or Oil & gas industry exposure) at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd in the Oil & gas division. Education :CA (Mandatory ) Job location: Sau di Experien ce: 8-12 ye ars of middle east experience in managing receivable/ payable/ Taxation activities for large commercial projects in Infrastructure industry or Oil & gas.Contracting Companies work experience would be an added advan tageExperience of International project sites will be an advan tage Ar e as of responsibil ities:Cash flow management including payment allocations to various projects / spreads / cred itors.Opening Letter of Credit and managing the bank facility l imits.Responsibility for payment proce ssing.Meeting / Compliance with documentary and information requirements of Banks for facilities av ailed.Effective management of working capital and calculate interest / charges and repayment schedule of LC.Finalize / Supervise Billing with Planning Team & ensure timely submission of bills to c lientsFollow up with clients and Project Team for colle ction.Tracking and Custodian of BGs issued in favor of KPIL.BG issuance and tracking of BGs issued by KPIL including renewals and collection / submission of expire d BGs.Supervision and control over petty cash payments / bal ances.Management of Vendor / Sub-contractor (wherever required), with support from Payables Team e.g. Vendors Reconciliations and like.Debtors' management through unbilled and aging analysis reports & tracking of inv oices.Enforce and implement IKTVA audit require ments.Any other work as required relating to Receivables Management and Banking facil ities.
