Zscaler Engineer ( L1 )

Designation: Zscaler Engineer ( L1 ) Location: Kerala Experience: 1–2 years in Network Security / Cybersecurity Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field About the role: Support and monitor Zscaler security services by troubleshooting endpoint/client issues, handling basic configurations, monitoring system health, and ensuring smooth day-to-day cybersecurity operations. Responsibilities: Monitor and perform routine health checks of Zscaler services (ZIA/ZPA). Provide L1 support for endpoint and server client issues.

Monitor system performance, availability, and generate reports. Handle basic configuration changes as per SOPs. Support patching and release deployment activities.

Perform end-to-end testing for implemented changes. Track and report SLA adherence for incidents/service requests. Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation.

Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in Network Security/Cybersecurity. Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, and networking concepts. Familiarity with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA platforms.

Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac endpoint troubleshooting. Understanding of ITIL processes, Incident Management, and SLA tracking. Strong communication and documentation skills.
