Arch (B-school) Experience: 12 years Location: Ghaziabad Preference for candidates with experience in high-end residential real estate project s Job Descriptio n:Responsibilities include but are not limited t o:Support the Manager-Design in conceptualizing, planning, and executing architectural designs for residential construction project s.Assist in developing design concepts that align with project objectives, client requirements, and industry standard s.Aid in the preparation of architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications under the guidance of the Manager-Design, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulation s.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and interior designers, to contribute to the integration of architectural designs into project plan s.Assist in making minutes and organizing schedule meetings related to design discussions, project updates, and client presentation s.Participate in site visits and assessments alongside the Manager-Design to evaluate project feasibility, identify potential challenges, and propose solution s.Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction to support project outcome s.Assist in reviewing design changes, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timeline s.Learn from and seek guidance from the Manager-Design, contributing to the professional development and growth of junior members of the design tea m.Support communication with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project approvals and permits as neede d.Desired Skill & Competencie s:Strong architectural design and project coordination experience in residential real estate project s.Expertise in premium/high-end residential developments preferre d.Good understanding of building bylaws, zoning regulations, statutory approvals, and construction methodologie s.Experience in site execution, consultant coordination, and vendor managemen t.Proficiency in architectural and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design tool s.Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skill s.Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative design solution s.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and project outcome s.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environmen t.Understanding of High Rise residential projec tsExperience in coordination with vendors for marketing collateral s.
