Job Description

Provide top-notch first-line technical support as an IT Service Desk Analyst. Troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues both remotely and on-site, ensuring exceptional operation for clients. This full-time role requires a dynamic individual who excels under pressure and is committed to excellence.

You will be responsible for administering servers, networks, and cloud environments, primarily Office 365 and Azure. The flexibility to meet changing demands and an on-site presence are key aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot technical issues for customers promptly • Assist in onboarding new employees with workstation setup • Administer and manage network and cloud environments • Participate in IT projects, enhancing systems and processes • Document common issues and create helpful knowledge base articles Requirements: • Minimum of two years in managed IT services • Understanding of networking concepts and technologies • Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Active Directory • Strong multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments Utilize your technical expertise to support seamless IT operations and contribute to system integrity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
