Job Description β International Sales Telecaller (B2C) Position: International Sales Telecaller (B2C) Location: Delhi Experience: 1β4 Years Industry: Beauty, Wellness, Luxury Services, Training & Education About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented International Sales Telecaller to connect with prospective customers across international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, educational counseling over calls, generating sales, handling customer inquiries, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets through outbound and inbound sales activities. Key Responsibilities * Conduct cold calling to international prospects and generate new business opportunities. * Make outbound calls to international leads and prospective customers. * Provide educational counseling over calls and guide students regarding courses, training programs, certifications, and career opportunities. * Understand studentsβ learning objectives and recommend suitable courses and programs. * Present and promote company services and educational offerings effectively. * Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. * Convert inquiries into successful enrollments and sales. * Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets. * Handle customer objections professionally and close sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. * Build long-term relationships with students and clients to encourage referrals and repeat business. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student support. * Stay updated on company offerings, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Required Skills * Proven experience in cold calling, telecalling, and Student Counselling. * Strong educational counseling and student guidance skills. * Excellent verbal communication and sales skills. * Strong command of English with a neutral accent. * Ability to confidently engage with international students and customers. * Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities. * Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. * Ability to understand customer and student requirements and provide suitable solutions. * Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred. Qualifications * Graduate in any discipline. * 1β4 years of experience in International B2C Sales, Educational Counseling, Telecalling, Customer Acquisition, Inside Sales, or Student Counseling. * Experience in the Education, Training, Beauty, Wellness, or Luxury Services industry will be an added advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Number of cold calls and outbound calls made per day. * Number of counseling sessions conducted over calls. * Lead-to-enrollment conversion ratio. * Monthly revenue generated. * Follow-up and lead management efficiency. * Achievement of monthly sales targets. * Customer and student satisfaction rate.
