About the job Content Processing & Editing Transcribe, edit and format written interviews and recorded transcripts to a high standard Ensure consistency in tone, structure and formatting across all materials in line with brand and style guidelines Study Pack Development Generate and prepare study pack transcripts based on provided source materials (e.g. scripts, video content, or SME input) Format study packs to ensure clarity, accessibility and usability for learners Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of materials Quality Assurance & Proofing Conduct thorough QA checks on study packs, videos, animations and supporting content Proofread materials to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to house style Apply feedback and updates in line with established QA processes and documentation standards Identify content issues proactively and suggest improvements where appropriate Production & Administrative Support Support the wider production process through general administrative tasks Manage communications, including responding to emails and liaising with internal stakeholders Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets and production schedules to ensure deadlines are met Assist with coordination across teams to support efficient content delivery About you Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Comfortable working with structured processes, templates and style guidelines Proficient in using common office tools (e.g.
