Job Description
Madrigal is a biopharmaceutical company focused on delivering novel therapeutics for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), a serious liver disease that can progress to cirrhosis, liver failure, need for liver transplantation and premature mortality. Madrigal’s medication, Rezdiffra (resmetirom), is a once-daily, oral, liver-directed THR-β agonist designed to target key underlying causes of MASH.
Rezdiffra is the first and only medication approved by both the FDA and European Commission for the treatment of MASH with moderate to advanced fibrosis (F2 to F3). An ongoing Phase 3 outcomes trial is evaluating Rezdiffra for the treatment of compensated MASH cirrhosis (F4c). Our success is driven by our people.

Position Responsibilities Develop new curricula and training materials to support the strategic needs of the commercial organization. Design, develop, and deliver strategic training for endocrinology field-based teams.
Develop and facilitate training for key commercial priorities. Build and execute training to support launch of existing products and pipeline. Lead the development and execution of applicable systems training.
Support onboarding and new hire training programs for commercial field-based teams. Partner with cross‑functional commercial teams to address training and development needs. Collaborate across functions to identify training opportunities and recommend impactful solutions.
Plan, organize, and execute training for large-scale meetings and events. Update training content and materials based on periodic review and evolving business needs. Ensure successful submission of training materials through the Promotional Review Committee process.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed. This role will require 3 days per week in‑office. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree required. 12+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry experience. 4+ years’ experience in a home office or corporate training role required. 2+ years’ experience in Endocrinology specialty preferred.
Prior experience building and executing launch training required. Strong presentation and facilitation skills required. Prior experience building and designing training highly required.
Experience training multiple commercial functions preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience with Veeva Vault and promotional review committees required. Ability to lead and organize complex training projects to support training. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed (including overnights and/or weekends) is required.
Overnight travel up to 30% is expected. Frequent travel between meeting sites requiring the ability to sit for extended periods of time. Frequent use of a computer, telephone, printer or other office equipment.

Base salary is determined by several factors including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, education, experience and market demands.
The current pay range for this position is $207,000–$253,000 per year. All full‑time employees receive equity. Full‑time employees are also eligible for comprehensive benefits, including flexible paid time off, medical, dental, vision and life/disability insurance, and 401(k) offerings (traditional, Roth, and employer match) in accordance with applicable plans.
