Flutter Developer – Mobile App

We are looking for a Flutter Developer who is excited about building a world-class mobile product from the ground up. The Opportunity As one of the early mobile engineering hires, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling the Trovex mobile application. You will work closely with founders, product managers, designers, AI engineers, and backend developers to create a seamless experience for thousands of sales professionals using the platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, moves fast, and wants to build products that have a direct impact on users. What You'll Do Mobile App Development Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter Develop and ship features across Android and iOS platforms Ensure smooth performance, responsiveness, and scalability Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Product Development Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ideas into intuitive user experiences Participate in product discussions and feature planning Contribute to creating a mobile-first learning and coaching experience Integrations & Performance Integrate APIs and backend services Work with authentication, notifications, analytics, and media capabilities Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Quality & Deployment Implement testing and quality assurance practices Manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store Monitor app performance and continuously improve stability What We're Looking For Must Have 2–5 years of experience in Flutter development Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework Experience building and shipping production-grade mobile applications Understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and API integrations Experience with REST APIs and third-party SDK integrations Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred Experience building learning, productivity, SaaS, or B2B applications Experience with Firebase services Knowledge of push notifications and real-time communication Familiarity with mobile analytics tools Understanding of AI-powered or conversational applications Experience with App Store and Play Store release processes What You'll Build You will help create experiences such as: AI-powered sales role-play simulations Mobile learning journeys and certifications Practice assessments and coaching modules Personalized feedback and performance dashboards Gamification, leaderboards, and learning streaks Offline learning and mobile-first training experiences Why Join Trovex?
