This is a long-term, meaningful position where you will help children build water safety, confidence, and lifelong swim skills. Responsibilities: • Teach small-group swim lessons to ages 3 months–17 years • Use our gentle, play-based survival swim curriculum • Encourage students, track progress, and maintain safety • Interact professionally with families • Bring positive energy to each shift Benefits: • Paid training • Consistent year-round schedule • Referral program – earn $25 for every new family/student you refer who enrolls • Uniform provided • Advancement opportunities • Indoor, warm pool environment Required Qualifications: • Comfortable in the water • Friendly, upbeat, and enjoy working with children • Reliable and punctual • Able to work Tue–Fri 3:30–7:30 PM • Coachable and eager to learn Preferred (Not Required): • Experience with children • Swim team or aquatics experience • CPR/First Aid or Lifeguard background • Customer service experience About Us: British Swim School has taught water survival and confidence-building swim lessons for over 40 years.
