WSD ServiceNow Developer - Must Have WSD Certification - No 3rd Parties (Washington)

MUST have WSD certification Summary: Senior ServiceNow Developer with experience in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD). Deep platform knowledge and hands-on development expertise are essential. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and customize Workplace Service Delivery modules (Workplace Service Management, Space Management, Reservations, Move Management, Visitor Management, etc.).

Lead end-to-end solution development using platform best practices. Build workflows, automation, and integrations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs. Extend platform capabilities through advanced scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs).

Optimize data model, security model, and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate workplace operational needs into scalable technical solutions. Required Experience: 10 years of IT experience 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Implementation experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) Must have Suite Certification - Workplace Service Delivery Professional certification Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (HR, Facilities, Access Control, etc.). Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST API integrations and platform architecture ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (WSD preferred). Experience with ITSM, HRSD, or related enterprise modules.

Ability to work in a fast paced with cross functional stakeholders.
