Support the Branch Manager in running the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction and team development. Plan and schedule workload, maintaining smooth and safe workshop operations.

Develop and manage customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and services evolve to match future expectations. Review and amend processes to improve efficiency and productivity, monitoring KPIs and driving results. Operate within budgets and targets, paying close attention to detail.

Collaborate with other departments to align workshop operations effectively. Prioritise health and safety throughout the workshop. Key Requirements Organised, forward‑thinking with strong planning skills.
