Workshop Engineer

Workshop Engineer – Bridgend Location: Bridgend (commutable from: Porthcawl, Pontyclun, West Wales, Pembrokeshire, Port Talbot, Barry). £35,000 + (£45,000 OTE) + Monday – Friday days + Training + Progression + Overtime + Benefits. Do you have Engineering qualifications and/or experience looking to join a National leader in the industry in a workshop position coupled with full Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic training? You will be required to work on modern equipment, maintain a good work life balance and have clear progression within their business. The company is a multi‑million manufacturer of specialist Plant and Material Handling equipment supplying to leading facilities. This role is available due to internal growth plans.

It is a highly varied Monday‑Friday role based at their modern, fully equipped and local depot. You will be based on site providing Service, Maintenance, Inspection and Testing on a range of Forklift machinery. The role Maintenance, Inspection and Testing on Access, Material Handling, Forklift equipment.

Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics involved. Monday – Friday (flexible hours). The person Plant, Forklift, REME, Material Handling, Vehicle background.
