Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Workplace Sales Executive based in the Houston, Texas Metropolitan Area. You’ll be responsible for driving sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and presenting tailored workplace solutions to meet customer needs. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and contracts, negotiating terms with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. The role also requires tracking sales metrics and reporting performance to support business growth.

Qualifications Knowledge of sales techniques, account management, and lead generation Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience with market research, analytics, and client relationship management Proficiency in workplace solutions, customer needs analysis, and strategic planning Proficiency with relevant technology, CRM tools, and project management software A proven track record of achieving sales targets and collaborating with teams Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in commercial relocation, workspace solutions, or a related industry is a plus Self-motivated with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
