Working Truck Driver C/CE (Relocation to Belgium)

Description

Our client is active in the construction and insulation sector in Belgium and is currently looking for a Working Truck Driver (C/CE).
In this role, you are responsible for transporting a small team and materials to various construction sites and actively participating in the on-site work. This is a combination of driving and hands-on construction support.
You will work in a small team where collaboration, flexibility, and safety are key.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving a company vehicle (truck or van depending on project) to construction sites across Belgium
• Transporting colleagues and materials safely to site
• Supporting construction and insulation works on site
• Assisting with preparation work (masking, protection, site setup)
• Supporting spraying and installation of insulation materials (PUR, Thermogran, Isolgran depending on project)
• Working in a team of 2 (driver + helper/operator)
• Departing directly from home to site with company vehicle (after onboarding period)

Conditions

We offer a stable and attractive employment package in Belgium:
Hourly salary: €19 – €20.50/hour (based on experience and agreement)
Fully legal employment under Belgian regulations (social security & pension rights)
️ Meal vouchers: €8 per working day (€170 – €180/month)

Annual bonus: 8.33% of gross yearly salary (paid as a double salary in December)

Profile

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on professional driver:

• Experience as a driver in construction or logistics
• Valid Category C or CE driving licence (mandatory)
• Willingness to work as a working driver (driving + site work)
• Flexible and able to work at different locations
• Safety-conscious and responsible mindset
• Team player with a hands-on attitude
• Experience in construction is a plus
