Workday Systems Analyst Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Workday Systems Analyst to join a rapidly growing organization within the healthcare industry. In this role, you will support the integration, configuration, and ongoing management of Workday modules, focusing on financial and human capital management systems. As a liaison between HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, you will play a crucial part in ensuring successful system implementation and integration during a major Workday HCM go-live.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, including experience with Workday integrations, SQL, and APIs, alongside a passion for technology and continuous growth within a dynamic team. Pay $95,000 - $120,000 base salary Location Addison, TX (In office 3 days a week) Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday Systems Analyst Proven expertise with Workday modules, especially in integrations and reporting (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Advanced, and Composite reports) Strong technical background with knowledge of SQL, databases, and APIs Development experience using Python, C#, or Java Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications and integrations Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert and technical lead for Workday modules and enterprise applications Support and optimize existing systems, troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and improve business processes through automation and integrations Support the educational and training needs of end users to maximize system adoption Develop and deliver reports and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure scalable and compliant solutions Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes Support system upgrades, integrations, and new functionality implementation while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations including HIPAA and PCI #J-18808-Ljbffr
