Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a WordPress Developer and Designer. The individual in this role will be responsible for creating, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user engagement.

Key responsibilities include front-end and back-end development, implementing responsive web design solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will also ensure user-friendly design and seamless user experiences. Qualifications Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and server-side integrations Expertise in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Strong skills in Responsive Web Design and creating mobile-first solutions Experience in Web Design and enhancing website aesthetics for user engagement Comprehensive knowledge of Web Development, including debugging and testing Familiarity with WordPress plugins, themes, and customization Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset Excellent communication and project management skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field (preferred but not required) What you will do Design and build custom WordPress themes and plugins Create wireframes and design mockups before jumping into development Build websites that work well on all screen sizes and browsers Turn design concepts into clean, working code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Set up and customize WooCommerce stores and other WordPress plugins Work with clients and project managers to understand requirements and deliver on time Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility Handle WordPress updates, backups, and routine maintenance Fix bugs and issues on existing client websites What we are looking for 2 to 3 years of experience in WordPress development and web design Good working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript Hands-on experience with Elementor, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and similar tools A solid understanding of UI/UX design and how to build for different screen sizes Comfort using design tools like Figma or Adobe XD Experience with WooCommerce and basic e-commerce setups Familiarity with Git for version control Basic knowledge of on-page SEO and how to improve site performance Good communication skills and the ability to work with clients directly A portfolio that shows both your design and development work What we offer: Salary between Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 18,000 per month, depending on experience Fully remote role, work from anywhere in Kerala Room to grow your skills and take on more responsibility over time A team that is easy to work with and values clear communication Variety in your work, with projects across different industries
