WHS Team Leader – Warehouse Safety & Ops Lead

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate guidance for the warehouse team with clear instructions, ensuring safety/security compliance and adherence to SOPs/WI.

Monitor attendance, provide training, and give feedback via performance dialogues and Gemba walks.

Suggest process changes for approval to improve individual performance and operational consistency.
