Location: Remote Type: Full-time Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 base + 3% – 5% commission (High performers can earn ₹1L+/month) Role We are looking for a results-driven WhatsApp Sales Closer to convert inbound leads into paying students for our professional yoga teacher training programs. This is not a support role. This is a revenue role. Your success in this role is measured purely by revenue generated, not conversations handled. You will handle warm leads, qualify quickly, remove objections, and drive fast decisions and payments. Sales Context - You will be handling warm inbound leads (no cold outreach) - Leads are generated through ads and high-intent landing pages - This is a fast-paced, high-volume chat sales environment Working Hours - Must be available during India + Europe overlap hours - Fast response time required ( - Weekend availability essential (high conversion days) What You Will Do - Handle inbound WhatsApp leads from ads and landing pages - Qualify prospects in 3–5 focused questions - Guide leads to the right program based on their goals - Confidently ask for the sale and share payment links - Follow up consistently until a clear yes/no decision - Maintain fast response times (speed = conversions) - Track conversations and outcomes - Re-engage cold leads and revive dead conversations What We Expect (Non-Negotiable) - Proven experience in sales closing (not customer support) - Comfortable selling high-ticket courses / coaching programs - Strong written English (clear, concise, persuasive) - Fluent in written and verbal English - Fast, responsive, and highly organized - Confident handling objections (price, time, trust) - Focused on results and revenue, not just conversations - Ability to work in defined scripts and improve them based on results Skills & Tools Required (Non-Negotiable) - Strong WhatsApp communication skills (clear, concise, persuasive writing) - Fluent in English (verbal and written) - Ability to handle high-volume chats without losing quality - Experience using WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp Web professionally - Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, spreadsheets) - Ability to follow structured scripts and improve them based on results - Strong objection handling (price, time, trust, comparison) - Fast typing speed and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously - Basic understanding of sales funnels (lead → qualify → close → follow-up) - Comfortable working with payment links and checkout processes - Discipline in tracking conversations, tagging leads, and updating status Advanced Skills (Preferred) - Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make) - Experience using WhatsApp APIs / tools (Twilio, WATI) - Experience in international sales (handling EU/US customers) - Ability to analyze chat performance and improve conversion rates KPIs - Lead-to-sale conversion rate - Revenue generated - Response time - Follow-up effectiveness - Lead response speed (under 5 minutes during shift) Performance Expectations - Expected to close significant monthly revenue based on lead volume - Minimum conversion benchmarks will be shared during onboarding - Underperformance will not be tolerated Bonus Points - Experience with WhatsApp-based sales or chat sales - Background in education, coaching, or wellness industry - Familiar with CRM tools and lead tracking - Experience with international customers About Arhanta Yoga Arhanta Yoga is a leading international yoga school offering professional teacher training courses in Europe and online.
