Wellbeing Benefits Analyst

Wellbeing Analyst Location: Hybrid - Manchester or Leeds (1 day a week in the office) Salary: Up to £43,400 Contract: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week What You’ll Be Doing Manage and enhance the VivaBenefits platform (Benifex), ensuring accurate benefits, eligibility rules, and user experience Administer Reward, Recognition, and Wallet modules, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance Support administration of core benefits (e.g., health renewals, flexible holidays, wellbeing programmes) Analyse benefit data to generate insights, identify trends, and improve engagement Resolve employee queries via multiple channels (ServiceNow, email, phone) within SLAs Monitor user feedback and recommend improvements to enhance colleague experience Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting Support key wellbeing and benefits projects across the business What We’re Looking For Experience in employee benefits administration Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and knowledge of PowerBI Knowledge of HR systems / benefits platforms (e.g., VivaBenefits, ServiceNow, Workvivo, Benifex or similar) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectivelyGood financial acumen, as you will be involved in raising PO’s and collaborating with finance teams to process accurate cross charges against budgets High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance A proactive mindset and genuine passion for wellbeing Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Enhanced pension plan and life insurance Health Insurance as a benefit in kind Local gym discounts Various other benefits and online discounts Equal Opportunity Bupa is a Level 2 Disability Confident Employer.
