Weight Loss Sales Consultant

We are a rapidly growing weight loss clinic.

What you'll be doing

• Dual roles: in-person. Hawaii sales consultant runs outside appointments while a remote nationwide closer works the Hawaii 12pm-8pm shift handling inbound consultations
• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Run discovery calls, present packages, and close high-margin engagements
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $90K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $240K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
