As part of the IT Development team, you will be responsible for the specification, development, and implementation of internally developed business applications - primarily within a secure online environment. Working closely with stakeholders to understand business strategy and translate this into effective IT solutions Maintaining awareness of emerging IT trends and recommending improvements where appropriate Supporting best-practice development standards, including secure coding and robust QA processes Ensuring systems operate within structured development, testing, and production environments Contributing to a secure IT framework aligned to ISO27001 standards You will play a key role in delivering technology that directly supports business performance in a regulated, customer-focused environment.
