Webflow Developer II

About the Role We are looking for a Webflow Developer who can build high-quality, responsive websites from Figma designs and contribute to fast, efficient project delivery. You will work closely with our team to deliver clean, scalable Webflow builds with strong attention to detail What You’ll Do Convert Figma designs into responsive Webflow websites Build and manage CMS collections and dynamic pages Ensure clean structure, proper class naming, and reusable components Implement interactions and animations using Webflow and GSAP where required Optimize websites for speed and basic SEO Integrate forms, tracking, and third-party tools Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility Requirements 1.5 to 3.5 years of experience in Webflow development Strong understanding of Webflow, CMS, and responsive design Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with GSAP and in advanced animations Ability to accurately follow Figma designs Strong attention to detail Good to Have Agency experience Experience with animation-heavy or interaction-driven websites Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or Airtable Basic understanding of SEO and performance What We’re Looking For Someone who can execute without constant supervision Good communication and ability to take feedback Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Willingness to learn and improve
