Key Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and optimize complex websites and web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and related technologies Lead WordPress development efforts, including advanced theme and plugin customization, performance optimization, and security best practices Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions Architect and implement responsive, cross-browser, and high-performance user interfaces Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across multiple environments Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, documentation, and version control Integrate and consume RESTful APIs and third-party services Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical direction and feedback Stay current with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and recommend improvements Contribute to technical decision-making, system design, and project planning
