Web Developer

Salary: $71,400 - 107,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional or project experience writing CSS, including Flexbox, Grid, and responsive, mobile-first layouts
• Strong working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
• A portfolio, code repository, or live examples demonstrating UI work
• Understanding of accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility best practices
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience or bootcamp training is also considered
• Experience with back-end development, preferably PHP, and component-based frameworks such as React is a plus
• Ability to commute to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is required

Responsibilities:

• Design and build intuitive, user-focused web interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, using responsive principles for performance across devices
• Turn designs and mockups into accurate web pages and reusable UI components
• Maintain consistent styling, design patterns, and visual standards across our web platforms
• Enhance the appearance, usability, and performance of existing pages and workflows
• Test and troubleshoot layout and display issues across browsers and devices
• Work with developers and internal teams to integrate front-end components with back-end systems
• Support back-end maintenance and improvements as your skills develop
