In this dual role, you will hold absolute ownership of our digital assets. You will develop and maintain a high-performance website that captures property leads smoothly from start to finish.
Simultaneously, you will drive our localized social media presence to showcase listings, attract buyers, and build brand authority. Because this is a fast-paced sales environment, you will work directly alongside our agents on-site to turn active property listings into high-converting digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities 1.
Real Estate Web Development & Maintenance (60%) End-to-End Development: Design, build, and optimize high-converting landing pages for active property listings and neighborhood guides. IDX/MLS Integration: Implement and maintain reliable property search feeds (IDX/MLS) to ensure real-time listings sync flawlessly on our website. Site Infrastructure: Handle 100% of website hosting, server management, security updates, SSL certificates, and database backups.
Lead Capture & CRM Sync: Build, test, and maintain contact forms, home valuation calculators, and pop-ups, ensuring all leads route instantly to our sales CRM. Local SEO: Optimize the site structure for hyper-local keywords to ensure our listings rank at the top of local Google search results. 2. Real Estate Social Media Marketing (40%) Listing Campaigns: Launch and manage targeted hyper-local ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate immediate buyer and seller inquiries.
Content Production: Collaborate on-site with our team to capture, edit, and post engaging real estate content (e.g., property walkthrough Reels, TikToks, just-listed graphics). Brand Authority: Maintain a consistent, professional publishing schedule across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Performance Tracking: Analyze weekly Google Analytics and ad platform data to maximize our return on marketing spend.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of professional experience managing web development and digital marketing (Real estate industry experience is a major plus). Core Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and real-estate-friendly CMS platforms (such as WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace). Real Estate Tech: Understanding of IDX/MLS integrations, iframe embedding, and API connections to CRM platforms.
Paid Advertising: Proven track record of running geo-targeted lead generation ads on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram). Multimedia Literacy: Solid basic skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Premiere/CapCut for rapid, high-quality video and graphic editing. Work Style: A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working on-site to collaborate dynamically with real estate agents.
