Requirement:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Web Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing digital team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in modern web technologies, AI-assisted development workflows, and basic WordPress development.

• Develop and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
• Work on frontend and basic backend web development tasks.
• Assist in WordPress website setup, customization, and maintenance.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools and “vibe coding” workflows to improve productivity and rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project teams.
• Debug, optimize, and improve website performance.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and SEO-ready.
• Support deployment and maintenance activities.

Basic knowledge of:

• CSS3
• HTML5
• JavaScript
• Responsive Web Design
• Understanding of modern web development practices.
• Basic experience in:
• WordPress theme customization
• Plugin handling
• Page builders like Elementor or similar
• Familiarity with Git/version control is a plus.
• Awareness of AI coding tools such as:
• Claude
• ChatGPT
• Replit
• Cursor or similar AI-assisted development platforms
• Interest in “vibe coding” and rapid AI-powered development workflows.
• Strong willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage tasks independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
• Relevant practical/project experience will also be considered.
