Web Designer

About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Web Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates advanced digital design for international brands and campaigns. You will create high-impact visual assets and layouts for programmatic banners, social media, and web pages, and occasionally support print projects for some of the big brands in the world. You’ll collaborate with creative leads in the US or London, so strong communication, initiative, and adaptability are essential.

What You’ll Do • Design visually compelling web pages, digital assets and layouts for global campaigns: programmatic banners, social media, and occasional print. • Deliver work that meets or exceeds international standards for typography, layout, and brand consistency. • Adapt designs for new website platforms, learning and applying platform-specific rules and functionality. • Collaborate remotely with creative leads, confidently interpreting instructions and proactively seeking clarification when needed. • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are error-free and brand-aligned. • Present your design thinking and process clearly to both design and non-design stakeholders.
