Mutua; Funds Operations Executive Location - Thane, Mumbai About the role The Operations Executive is the back-office engine of Sunray Wealth. This role owns transaction processing accuracy, AUM data integrity, brokerage reconciliation, and compliance documentation β ensuring every number in the business is correct and every regulatory filing is on time. This is a process-driven, detail-critical role with no client-facing advisory function. Key responsibilities 1. Transaction processing and platform management - End-to-end transaction execution on NSE MF Invest Platform and RTA portals (CAMS, KFintech) - Process purchases, redemptions, switches, STP, SWP, and SIP registrations β own the full lifecycle from instruction to confirmation - Daily reconciliation of transactions placed versus units allotted versus amounts debited - Resolve failed transactions β payment failures, KYC mismatches, folio errors β directly with RTAs 2. AUM and portfolio data management - Maintain an updated AUM register across all client folios on a daily basis - Pull monthly consolidated account statements (CAS) from CAMS and KFintech for review - Maintain scheme-wise and client-wise AUM breakdowns for internal reporting - Flag AUM movements β large redemptions, dormant SIPs, folio consolidation opportunities β to the Founder 3. Brokerage and revenue reconciliation - Download and verify monthly brokerage statements from AMCs and BSE Star - Reconcile brokerage received against expected trail and upfront payouts by scheme - Identify and escalate discrepancies: missed payouts, incorrect scheme mapping, ARN linking errors - Maintain a brokerage tracker by AMC, scheme, and month 4. Compliance operations - Maintain the investor complaints register in AMFI-prescribed format - Ensure all KYC records are complete and current in KRA systems - Track NISM certificate validity for all EUINs across the team - Maintain AMFI Code of Conduct acknowledgements and employee compliance records - Prepare documentation for AMFI or SEBI inspections 5. SIP and mandate management - Own SIP registration, modification, and cancellation tracking for all clients - Follow up on NACH mandate registration with banks - Generate and distribute the weekly SIP bounce report; coordinate remediation with the CSE - Maintain a SIP expiry calendar; trigger renewals 60 days before expiry 6.
Vendor and AMC coordination - Serve as the primary operational contact for CAMS, KFintech, and NSE - Coordinate with AMCs on folio corrections, transmission requests, and name change processing - Liaise with banks on NACH and ECS registrations, rejections, and re-submissions Candidate profile Experience 2β4 years in mutual fund operations, banking back office, or RTA/AMC operations Tools NSE MF Invest Platform, MFU, CAMS, KFintech β working knowledge required; MS Excel (pivot tables,VLOOKUP) Attributes Process discipline, reconciliation mindset, proactive anomaly flagging β not just task execution Qualification Graduate (B.Com, BMS, BAF, BBI, or any Commerce-related degree preferred)
