We're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and others during our Recruitment Day! Qualified candidates may interview and receive a conditional job offer on the spot.

Available DSP Opportunities

• Residential Counselor - DDA and MHA
• Day Program Counselor
• Community Support Professional
• Adult Personal Supports Counselor
• Youth Personal Supports Counselor

Available Admin Opportunities

• Assistant Director of DDA Services
• HR Generalist
• Recruitment Assistant
• Employment Specialist

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with no less than 3 points
• Access to vehicle for business purposes with proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings (State and FBI)
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (training provided if needed).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care.
