The Opportunity Join a growing team supporting major municipal wastewater programs, working on planning and assessment of sewer networks, infrastructure upgrades, and long-term system optimisation. You’ll be involved in meaningful projects that directly impact public infrastructure, while developing both your technical and professional skillset in a structured, supportive environment. What You’ll Be Doing Support planning, assessment, and modelling of wastewater collection systems (gravity sewers and force mains) Contribute to engineering reports, technical documentation, and project deliverables Assist with system analysis, capacity assessments, and infrastructure planning studies Work with modelling and analytical tools to evaluate system performance Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders Support permitting and regulatory coordination for municipal projects Assist in developing engineering drawings, plans, and supporting documentation Participate in technical discussions and presentations with project teams What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or related) 3–10 years of experience in wastewater, utilities, or infrastructure engineering Experience with wastewater collection systems, planning, or modelling Familiarity with engineering or modelling tools (e.g., InfoWorks, SewerCAD, GIS platforms) Strong technical writing and communication skills Ability to analyse data, solve problems, and contribute to engineering decisions Why This Role Stands Out This role offers a clear pathway to develop into a well-rounded wastewater engineer—combining planning, modelling, and real project exposure.
