Band 2 £25,950 – £28,176 pro rata per annum
21 hours per week 3 days Monday – Friday & Alternate Saturdays/Sundays
Who are we?
St Andrew’s Hospice is a registered charity providing specialist palliative care for patients with life-limiting conditions which require complex symptom management, and/or end-of-life care. It is Lanarkshire’s specialist hospice and provides multidisciplinary support for patients, their families and carers. The service is provided completely free of chargefor the adult population of North and South Lanarkshire and is open to all without distinction of race, gender or creed.

What is the role?
As the Warehouse/EPOS Assistant, you will be assisting in operating a stock data system, with all shop transfers and bookings. You will co-ordinate a volunteer workforce with the guidance of the warehouse manager, to ensure all stock donations are prepared for the shop floor. You will carry out preparation for online orders and postal shipments.
You will assist in receiving new goods deliveries and preparing the goods for pricing. You will assist in all warehouse processes and occasionally oversee some duties for the Warehouse Manager.

- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and manage own workload. Often a need to multitask at short notice
- Adaptable in responding to change
- Co-ordinating volunteers with their daily tasks and shift organisation
- Good attention to detail with a track record of accurate & punctual delivery
