Multiple Full-Time Shifts Available:
Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7 PM | $35-$40/hr
Overnight Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM | $37-$42/hr
Position Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations, working hands‑on through an 18‑month rotational program.
- Coach and develop teams across inbound, outbound and operational support functions to keep the business running at its best.
- Drive accuracy, safety and productivity in a fast‑paced, high‑performance warehouse environment where your decisions make a daily impact.
- Expand your leadership skills through hands‑on operational experience and warehouse equipment certifications.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing 10+ people in a fast‑paced warehouse management environment.
- Ability to train and develop employees while promoting accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
