Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets Operational Commissioning: Successfully execute the launch, stabilization, and scaling of the small-goods fulfillment center within strict timelines, ensuring 100% compliance with local Spanish regulations and corporate standards # Process Standardization: Design and optimize local standard operating procedures (SOPs) by adapting global high-velocity technical frameworks to the operational reality of the Madrid logistics hub # Build, train, and structurally organize the local team (Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators), establishing a metrics-driven, high-performance culture aligned with global corporate objectives # Serve as the primary operational link between the Madrid facility and global headquarters, effectively managing high-level KPIs, multi-million SKU inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives
