New South WalesFull-timeMid LevelOn-site

Job Description

At Club Assist, part of the AMS Group, we power the distribution network behind Australia's automotive battery industry. From roadside assistance providers to commercial fleets, our operation ensures the right battery gets to the right place—fast.

So, we’re looking for a hands-onWarehouse Supervisor to lead our Arndell Park site and play a critical role in delivering a high-performance, customer-focused distribution operation.

About the role

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment. You'll be responsible for keeping our daily distribution runs moving – overseeing everything from replenishment through to dispatch, ensuring orders are picked, loaded, and delivered accurately and on time.

This is a leadership role where you'll be on the floor, not behind a desk—driving performance, responding to real-time demands, and ensuring our customers receive the service they rely on.

What you'll be doing:

You’ll lead from the front in a fast-paced distribution environment—driving daily operations, keeping orders moving, and ensuring a strong safety-first culture across the warehouse.

  • Set daily plans and lead toolbox talks, reinforcing safety and clear priorities

  • Oversee picking, replenishment, and loading to deliver accurate, on-time, and safe dispatch

  • Stay hands-on on the floor, managing workflow and responding to urgent or changing demands

  • Coordinate closely with the Logistics Supervisor to deliver efficient distribution runs

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and high-performing warehouse

What you'll bring

  • Forklift licence (essential)

  • MR licence (as a backup for delivery support)

  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution leadership role

  • Strong understanding of dispatch, replenishment, and delivery cycles

  • Confident communicator with strong planning and rostering capability

  • A hands-on leadership style—you lead from the front and step in where needed

Why join The AMS Group

You’ll be part of a solid, down‑to‑earth team that takes pride in getting the job done properly and safely. This is a modern, well‑run warehouse with the right equipment, good systems, and a strong focus on looking after our people.

You’ll have access to well-maintained trucks and equipment, a stable Monday–Friday roster, and the backing of a growing business within the AMS Group. There are real opportunities to build your skills, step up over time, and be part of a team that values reliability, effort, and doing things the right way.

Next Steps

We are committed to Equal Employment opportunities, Ethical Practices, and the principles of Cultural Diversity. Club Assist is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Please note: You must have full Australian work rights to be considered for this role. No Agencies Please.
