Lead a team of Warehouse professionals in a manufacturing environment focused on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will develop talent, foster employee engagement, and drive operational performance while ensuring the safe and reliable execution of daily activities. Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, production, and operational efficiency.
• Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to solve problems and achieve operational objectives.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial/Production Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience managing warehouse, inventory, logistics, or distribution center operations.
• Experience leading teams responsible for shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control activities.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
• Experience using operational metrics to monitor and improve warehouse performance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure material availability and operational continuity.
• Fluent conversational English.
• Experience working with operational procedures, quality systems, and safety programs.
