We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in our Limerick shop. This is a key role within the business, requiring a methodical, hands‑on individual who can lead by example and ensure the efficient and effective running of the stockroom.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all stockroom operations, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and efficiency at all times. You will manage stock processes, coordinate deliveries, maintain high standards of presentation and safety, and support the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain an efficient, structured, and well‑organised stockroom
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
  • Implement and maintain strong inventory control procedures
  • Lead, motivate, and support stockroom staff where applicable
  • Plan and coordinate deliveries, stock rotation, and storage systems
  • Ensure furniture is assembled correctly and maintained to a high standard
  • Carry out and oversee general maintenance, DIY tasks, and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
  • Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify and resolve stock discrepancies or operational issues in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or retail operations role
  • Highly organised with a structured, methodical approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with inventory management systems and stock control
  • Hands‑on skills including furniture assembly, DIY, and general maintenance
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work weekends as required
