Warehouse Storeperson

Minco Tech Australia is looking for a reliable, practical and experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our Cardiff team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is safety-conscious, organised and able to use initiative. You will work across all areas of the warehouse supporting our manufacturing team with the opportunity to develop your skills and take on greater responsibility over time.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and putting away stock
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
• Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers, including oversized and awkward loads
• Safely moving goods using forklifts and lifting equipment
• Stocktakes and inventory checks
• Checking orders, stock and paperwork for accuracy
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
• Following procedures and direction while using initiative when required

About you

• Current Driver's Licence and ability to drive a manual vehicle
• Current Dogging High Risk Work Licence or willingness to obtain one
• Rigger qualification, or willingness to obtain one
• Minimum 2 years Warehouse/store person experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Strong safety awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to successfully complete drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment
• Full-time, Monday to Friday employment
