Sinclaire Home Services is a third-generation, family-owned and privately held company providing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and heating oil services throughout Eastern Massachusetts.

We're looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse & Parts Runner to join our team. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping our technicians productive, our jobs running smoothly, and our warehouse organized.

What You'll Do

• Pick up and deliver parts, materials, and equipment to technicians and job sites

• Make regular trips to local HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supply houses

• Receive, check, and organize incoming deliveries

• Stock and maintain warehouse inventory and parts areas

• Prepare equipment and materials for upcoming service and installation jobs

• Help stock and maintain technician service vehicles

• Assist with tracking parts, materials, and inventory levels

• Process and coordinate returns, warranty parts, and unused materials

• Load and unload equipment and materials

• Communicate with technicians, installers, managers, and office staff regarding material needs

• Keep the warehouse, yard, and work areas clean, safe, and organized

• Identify commonly used or low-stock items that need to be reordered

• Assist with other warehouse, facility, and operational needs as necessary

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and good driving record

• Dependable and punctual

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Comfortable driving throughout our local service area

• Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload parts and equipment

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and being on the road throughout the day

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, warehouse, delivery, or supply-house experience is a plus, but not required

• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical parts and equipment is a significant plus

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a "see it, handle it" mentality.
