Warehouse Operators

Workforce Extensions Footscray, our valued client is seeking a professional and quality focused Warehouse Operators to join their growing team in Dandenong.

The Opportunity:

An innovative and developing business our client, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operators, with LF to join the growing warehouse team in Dandenong starting on Day shift. This job requires someone who is physically fit. Monday to Friday, Dandenong 7am - 3pm Our client is a global industry leader in the manufacturing of high-quality electrical cables to supply for around the world.

This is a great opportunity to expand your current skill base. The pay rate will be Dayshift $35.00ph + Pen+ Super-Temp to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Tasks will include:

• Operate LF reach forklifts for picking orders, replenishing and day to day warehouse operations
• Perform repetitive manual picking of small to large products, lifting equipment and training provided
• Conduct basic stock checks, cycle counts and accuracy confirmations
• Support goods receiving and stock put-away processes
• Follow warehouse safety protocols (PPE provided)
• Hold a high-level degree to housekeeping

Skills and experience required:

• Min 2 years LF/LO experience required (LO a plus)
• Min 2 years' experience in general warehouse operations
• Experience with 5s, and holding a high standard to workplace safety
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and safe work practices
• Hold a car License with own reliable transport
• High attention to housekeeping and safety High attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior experience working within fast paced warehousing environments
