Warehouse Operator

As a Warehouse Operator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure products are delivered on time and in full to customers. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, you will help maintain high service standards, strong safety performance, and efficient warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
• Receive, unload and put away stock replenishments
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
• Tint paint products as required
• Process warehouse documentation including delivery dockets, consignment notes and Dangerous Goods paperwork
• Maintain accurate stock handling and order processing
• Undertake cycle counts and assist with stocktakes
• Manage damaged stock appropriately
• Liaise with customers and suppliers
• Support reporting and data entry requirements

About you

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Valid forklift licence
• Experience operating a reach truck and counterbalance forklift
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Self-motivated with a positive team-oriented attitude
• Experience using SAP or similar warehouse systems (desirable)
• Experience with stock control and inventory processes (desirable)
