Warehouse Operative / Elmswell, IP30 9HN / Competitive Salary of £12.50 £14.00 + Per Hour

Due to continued growth, our client is now seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their team.

A well-established logistics provider operating successfully in the industry since 2007, our client specialises in comprehensive freight forwarding solutions, including their own LCL (Less than Container Load) consolidation services by both air and sea.

They have dedicated warehousing facilities near Ipswich, and their own in-house trucking operation with a modern fleet of 10 trucks all focused on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and reliable end-to-end supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Warehouse Operative:

• Receiving, unloading and checking incoming goods
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for despatch
• Loading vehicles
• Stock control, put-away and inventory accuracy
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
• Using handheld scanners / RF devices (training provided)
• Manual handling and operating equipment where trained (PPT, forklift if licensed)

About You:

• Reliable, hard-working and safety-conscious attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Good xwwtmva attention to detail and physical fitness for manual handling
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential full training given
• Forklift / counterbalance licence advantageous
• Flexible approach to shifts
