Why Join Our Company Comprehensive benefits: 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability, critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity coverage Paid holidays and vacation Ongoing training to develop your leadership skills and advance your career Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented culture built on integrity and accountability What You’ll Do Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, organization, and distribution of materials Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met Manage purchasing of materials, tools, and equipment to support daily operations Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement Monitor inventory levels and implement processes to ensure accurate stock replenishment Maintain and track inventory using company systems and ensure data accuracy Utilize Excel and other software to manage purchasing data, reporting, and forecasting Establish and enforce warehouse procedures, organization standards, and best practices Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure material availability and workflow efficiency What We’re Looking For 5+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong purchasing and vendor management experience required Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse operations management Trade industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory systems ServiceTitan experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and drive results in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ready to Lead and Grow with Us?
